Savoy Cinema Now Trading at Doncaster Civic and Cultural Quarter Development

Acting on behalf of Doncaster Council, Pudney Shuttleworth is in the process of agreeing lettings on 5 A3/A4 units, all forming part of the Doncaster CCQ (Civic & Cultural Quarter) Development.

Following the recent opening of Savoy Cinema for a 6 screen multiplex cinema, units are available for occupiers to fit out, with 3 of the 5 units in solicitors' hands. The development is adjacent to the highly successful Cast Theatre (120,000 annual admissions pre-Covid) and the 160,000 sqft Council Offices with 5,000 registered employees on site.

Also adjacent to the site is the new Doncaster Art Gallery, Library and Museum, which opened in 2020 and which is expected to welcome 125,000 annual visitors, plus the University Technical College with its 600 14 to 19 year old students and also opened in 2020.
