New Lease of Life for The Leeds Club

Marston's plc, advised by Pudney Shuttleworth, has recently acquired the freehold interest in the Listed Leeds Club building on Albion Place for £4.3m. The iconic building is undergoing extensive and sympathetic refurbishment and will be refitted to an extremely high standard befitting the history and iconic status of the building. Richard Shuttleworth said:. "This, in conjunction with our acquisition of the Listed former Law Society library building at 1 Albion Place for Bill's Restaurant will consolidate Albion Place as both a daytime and night time pitch with significant scope for outside seating and al fresco dining". The new 10,000 sqft Marston's restaurant and bar venue will open in late summer this year under a name to be released shortly.
