Landsec Instructs Pudney Shuttleworth on 2 More Schemes

Landsec has appointed Pudney Shuttleworth on both Trinity Leeds and White Rose Leeds to provide leisure lettings and asset management advice. Richard Shuttleworth commented: "As many of the national operators are consolidating their businesses and dealing with some underperforming bars and restaurants, now is the time for interesting independent operators to secure space within these flagship developments and grow and develop their own brands. Even a couple of years ago, this would have been extremely difficult to achieve".

Pudney Shuttleworth already acts for Landsec at Xscape Yorkshire and Cardigan Fields Leisure Park in Leeds and there are asset management opportunities in all 4 developments.
