A Raft of New Lettings and an Additional Anchor Occupier at Xscape Yorkshire

On behalf of Landsec, Pudney Shuttleworth has advised on various new lettings at Xscape.

These include the recent signing of Five Guys and Taco Bell in a split of the former Chiquito's unit, Pollo to Go (a sister company of the established Newcastle-based Tomahawk Steakhouses chain) and Heavenly Desserts all taking space in the scheme. These 4 new occupiers, in conjunction with a shortly to be announced 22,000 sqft new anchor tenant, consolidate and refresh the line up at Xscape.

JD Gyms have also recently taken the 20,000 sqft former Xercise4less gym facility in the scheme, refitting and rebranding the space to improve its already impressive membership numbers and provide an updated experience for visitors to the scheme and the surrounding population.
