Carillion appoints Pudney Shuttleworth for Leeds Leisure Consultancy Advice

Carillion has retained Pudney Shuttleworth to provide consultancy advice upon their plans to redevelop the former Tower Works site in the Holbeck Urban Village in Leeds. Construction will commence this year on 147 apartments, 90,000 sqft of offices and 5 or 6 ground floor leisure units, including the iconic 6,500 sqft listed Engine House building. At this stage the anchor leisure occupier, which may be an art-house cinema, brewery or distillery is our priority and Pudney Shuttleworth is providing ongoing consultancy advice to Carillion.
