Big named retailers attracted to Hartlepool retail park

Acting on behalf of Canada Life, the Landlord for the premier retail park in Hartlepool, The Anchor Retail Park, Pudney Shuttleworth have attracted two major national retailers to the vacant units on the park.

Unit 2 (former JJB Sports) has been let to Marks & Spencer for their Simply Foods food store, taking a new 15 year FR & I Lease on the 10,320 sq tf unit alongside Next and Matalan.

Unit 4 (former Comet) has been let to TK Maxx, who have taken a new 15 year FR & I Lease on the 9,994 sq ft unit alongside Next and Curry/PC World.

In addition to joining existing tenants, Boots, Next, Matalan, Currys/PC World, Argos and Carphone Warehouse they will also soon to be joined by Frankie & Benny's (national restaurant operator) to the retail park, replacing the current Burger King standalone restaurant unit.

Cheetham & Mortimer, Manchester acted for Marks & Spencer, Morgan Williams, London acted for TK Maxx and Reis Short, Edinburgh acted for Frankie & Benny's..
