Reflecting a net initial yield of 7.55% the property is let to Maplins Electronics, Nisbets, J&S Accessories and Get Geared with a WAULT of close to 7 years (5 years to breaks). The passing rents range between £8 and £10 psf offering scope for growth in the future, but having re-positioned their holding with recent lettings Buccleuch saw this as an opportune time to sell. Situated adjacent to Pratts furniture and with Gregory Developments proposing a new Aldi and Pure Gym nearby, the area continues as a healthy mixed use location.
The scheme was acquired by St. Brides Managers as part of their ongoing strategy of investing in Yorkshire property
