Burger King and Halfords Autocentre attracted to Runcorn & Investment sold

Acting on behalf of Opus Land (North), Pudney Shuttleworth have let and subsequently sold two units on the site of the former Vestric House at West Lane, Halton Lea, Runcorn.

The two detached new units have been let to Burger King drive thru' restaurant and Halfords Autocentre. Burger King took a new 2,750 sq ft drive thru' restaurant on a 20 year FR & I Lease and Halfords Autocentre took a new 3,200 sq ft vehicle repair and MOT centre on a 15 year FR& I Lease.

The units are positioned alongside a Lidl supermarket and a Ford car showroom, opposite Halton Lea shopping centre and adjacent to an Asda food store.

The investment was acquired by private clients of the RY Partnership at a yield close to 6%
